How does this Co-op work? This is a daunting task, and I am not sure I can do it.
C3 Co-op is a hybrid Co-op for grades K-12th grade which combines classroom experience with personalized education to help parents. It has two parts. The hybrid is T/W/Th and is a classroom experience where teachers work in connection with parents to provide classroom instruction. The Co-op part is Friday, where we provide elective options for your students. Mondays are an at home day where students will be given assignments to be completed at home.

Can we register for just the Friday Co-op?
Yes, you can pick and choose which option works best for your family. You can register for the hybrid only, or your can register for the Friday co-op part only, or your can register for both.

What is the expectation for parental involvement?
We need parents to participate as much as they are able. We have several areas where we need help, from teaching to lunch duty. However, we understand that it is not always possible for parents to be highly involved because of job situations, so we are considerate of those needs as well and have ways parents can be involved that require less time commitments.

How will payments be made?
A $100 registration fee will be paid online when you register. Tuition payments will be paid monthly on the first of each month from September thru June.

Is there a half-day option for Fridays?
Yes, you may choose to participate how much or how little works for you. However, the tuition will remain the same.

When do we have to register by?
Space is limited. We would like for parents to register as soon as possible which help us to know how much space we have available and provide time for us to plan and prepare for the school year. Registration will remain open through the fall if we have available space.

If the state shuts things down, will C3 shut down and will you require students to wear masks?
We will only shut down if there is a Statewide mandatory shut down, otherwise we will remain open. We will leave the decision to you as the parent whether you wish your students to wear a mask. We will not mandate it.

Will you provide the curriculum for each student?
No, once you register, we will send you a list of books your student will need for his/her grade level. You will need to purchase the curriculum yourselves.
