Rose is a Licensed Pastor, Volunteer Coordinator, and Director of the C.A.R.E. program at CCC. She is a 1975 graduate of Bellefonte Area High School and a 2011 graduate of Rhema Bible School.  She has been married 43 years and currently lives in Bellefonte.  She has two children and four grandchildren....
